WARRANTY
Parts made by Fabster Industries parts have a limited one year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty is limited to the value of the part. It does not cover shipping and/or labour.
GOVERNING LAWS
Fabster Industries operates in accordance with the laws of Québec, Canada. You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Canadian courts.
RETURN POLICY
The return policy is valid for 30 days after the delivery date. After 30 days, we sadly cannot offer an exchange or refund. All sales for custom items and/or discounted items are final.
In order to return or exchange an item, please contact us so we can initiate the procedure.
The product must be in the same condition you received it, uninstalled and unused. You must include the invoice in the package so we can process the return/exchange.
You are responsible for shipping costs. The refund does not cover any shipping cost from the warehouse to the user and from the user to Fabster Industries.

Once the refund is approved, it may take a few days for the payment gateway to process the transaction.
In case of an exchange, the new part ships once your package is received.
In some situations, only a partial refund can be octroyed, such as : when the product is not brand new anymore, parts are missing or damaged by the user, etc.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Some states and/or provinces may restrict the use of aftermarket parts. Fabster Industries cannot be held responsible or liable for any consequences following the purchase of, use of or inability to use a part. It is the responsibility of the User to know and be informed if such a law is applicable in his case. Be aware, some parts Fabster Industries offers are for off-road and/or road course use only and should not be used on public roads.
The User must ensure the part fits his vehicle and usage before ordering. It is the responsibility of the User, as we cannot know what vehicle you are ordering for.
We reserve all rights to amend or refuse and refund an order for any reason, but mostly when it cannot be fulfilled.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
USE OF WEBSITE
The User is responsible for the orders under his account and must keep his account and password confidential to avoid fraudulent usage.
We try our best to offer complete, accurate, updated and useful information. This should be considered as general information for reference. If you deem a change in the information is necessary, please send us a message, we will gladly review the content.
