3″ DOWNPIPE VW TIGUAN MK1 MK1.5 (2009-2017) TSI 4MOTION AWD

High performance 3″ stainless steel downpipe made for the first generation Volkswagen Tiguan 4Motion AWD with automatic transmission.

One of the first mod to your first generation Tiguan, combined with a remapped ECU, to unlock hidden performance potential and reduce spool time.

A CAD designed turbo flange creates a matching union between the turbo exit and the now free flowing 3″ piping. A 2 pieces design facilitates the installation process. Both ends are secured together with a stainless V-Band to insure a thight fit.

Made with high quality corrosion resistant 304 stainless steel, the downpipe is argon purged during the welding process to create perfectly seamless joints and stronger welds that won’t crack over time.

A Stage 2 ECU tune is recommended to benefit fully of this upgrade.

In addition to the new turbo gasket, we also added new turbo studs and nuts, and even replacement nuts and bolts to replace the probably rusted ones on the exhaust joiner.

We recommend the resonated version to kill drone, but still offer a lighter-for-the-wallet-non-resonated version.

This version has no catalytic converter.
