LASERCUT-READY LOGO

We redraw and convert your logo from your image to a to a lasercut ready file.

Most logos are not designed with lasercut constraints in mind. First, contours need to be redrawn and they need to be adapted for lasercut.
Simpliest exemple is the letter “O”. By cutting the outside of an “O”, the inner circle is not attached anymore. Also, most of the time, cuts need to have a thickness so we create bands and tabs for each letter and image, without altering the overall shape of your company logo.
Laser cutting machines expect arcs and lines, whereas logos in vector form are usually made from splines.

This needs to be done only once. We can then use this lasercut-ready logo on any lasercut parts. Most popular are front grilles, mudflap weights and custom signage !
